Shipping

1. What are the shipping options? 

4 main type of shipping: Free Delivery, Standard Delivery, Standard Delivery (Heavy) and Express Delivery for the UK. 

2. How much is shipping?

UK Shipping varies on the type of shipping:

Free Delivery is based on an order of £60.00 or above,

Standard Delivery is £3.99

Expressed Delivery is £9.99

Total weight between 2.1KG - 10KG  will include a heavy fee of £5.99

Total weight between 10.1KG - 20KG  will include a heavy fee of £7.99

EU Shipping type:

EU Shipping is £15.00 (up to 2KG)

Worldwide Shipping type:

Worldwide Shipping is £30.00 (up to 2KG)

3. Where do we ship?

We currently ship worldwide

4. What is the shipping process with dates?

All items can take up to 7 days to dispatch, (however we try to dispatch on the same day or next day). Then we use a tracked service to ensure that your package reaches you safely.

Wax Products:

1. I have allergic can I get a candle without any scents? 

Of course, with all of our candles we have an option of no scents. There is also a note section if you would like to mention no scents. (as we may send freebies). 

2. I want a scent but you don't do it? 

We are always welcome to adding new variety to our store, if you let us know which scent and we can look into adding it. This can be done via our "Contact" page or emailing: krstores2203@gmail.com

3. Why are there white parts on my candle? 

The white seen on a candle that may be presented on candles is called frosting which is 100% normal when using Soy wax. Does not effect the burn of the candle or anything, however if you would like to prevent this as much as possible, we'll recommend choice the white of the scent you are looking for. 

4. I want to make a big order/wholesale order how do I go about this? 

We do accept big orders/wholesale orders, regardless of what the amount available says, to start this process, please email: krstores2203@gmail.com. 

5. Do you have CLP on your scented products? 

CLP stands for Classification, Labelling, and Packaging. We have the correct CLP on all our scented products. 

6. I want to make an order for a big event, can you provide this? 

Of course, we can make an arrangement for a custom orders, and tailor it to event. This can be done by contacting us.
